Nomad Lab (the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable privacy laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea while providing the Apsis iOS app and related services (the “Service”). This Policy explains what personal information the Company collects, uses, stores, transfers, and destroys, and describes users’ rights.

1. Personal information collected

The Company processes only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service.

The Company does not collect sensitive information, precise location information, contacts, photos, microphone data, or camera data for the basic features of the Service. Screen Time app-selection information is processed in the form of tokens provided by iOS, and the Service is not designed to allow the Company to directly view users’ individual app usage history.

2. Purpose of using personal information

The Company uses the collected personal information only for the following purposes.

  1. Providing core features such as task creation, today’s timeline, focus sessions, completion records, and galaxy rewards
  2. Creating accounts based on Sign in with Apple, maintaining sessions, and restoring records when changing devices
  3. Data synchronization, backup, and disaster recovery through Supabase
  4. Displaying calendar events, creating tasks from events, and saving tasks selected by the user to the default calendar
  5. Blocking distracting apps during a voyage through Screen Time permission
  6. Providing local notifications and launch-notification actions
  7. Providing AI briefing and AI launch-control features
  8. Checking Deep Space subscription status, processing free trials, purchases, and restores, and preventing fraudulent use
  9. Responding to customer inquiries, investigating violations of the Terms of Service and security incidents, and complying with legal obligations
  10. Analyzing de-identified or minimized usage patterns to improve service quality

3. Retention and use period of personal information
