These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for using the Apsis iOS app and related services (the “Service”) provided by Nomad Lab (the “Company”), as well as the rights and obligations between the Company and users.

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, service conditions, subscription and payment terms, and other necessary matters between the Company and users in connection with use of the Service.

Article 2. Definitions

  1. “Service” means the features provided through the Apsis app, including task management, Today timeline, Focus Voyage, local notifications, logs, galaxy rewards, calendar integration, Screen Time-based distracting app blocking, AI briefings, AI Voyage Control, and subscription features.
  2. “User” means an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. “Account” means a user identification unit created through Sign in with Apple and Supabase authentication.
  4. “Free Features” means basic features provided without a subscription, including basic tasks, basic focus, Today timeline, logs, and discovery of one planet per day.
  5. “Deep Space” or “Paid Features” means additional features provided to subscribed users, including calendar integration, AI Voyage Control, departure notification actions, Screen Time-based distracting app blocking, and opportunities to discover a planet for each completed voyage.
  6. “Content” means tasks, schedules, records, AI responses, galaxy rewards, share cards, and other information entered by the User or generated during use of the Service.

Article 3. Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on an app screen, website, App Store product information page, or by any other method designated by the Company, and when the User accesses or uses the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent such amendments do not violate applicable laws.
  3. For material changes, the Company will provide prior notice through the app or website, including the effective date, reason for change, and details of the change.
  4. If the User continues to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. However, for changes that materially affect the User, the Company may obtain separate consent in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 4. Use of the Service and Account

  1. The User may use certain Free Features without an Account.
  2. Account synchronization, record restoration, and certain server-based features may require Sign in with Apple and a network connection.
